Nailed It Week 4 Entry Form

Nailed It Competition: Official Rules & Disclaimers

How to Enter

  1. All picks must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST on Saturday each week, before any of that week’s games begin.
  2. Entries must be submitted through the official form for that week (listed above). To be eligible, you must include your full legal name and a valid email address.
  3. Participants must also follow us on Facebook [facebook.com/entersandmansports.com] and subscribe to our YouTube channel [https://www.youtube.com/@entersandmansports].

Weekly Format

  1. Each week, five questions will be posted (examples: passing yards for a QB, total punts in a game, margin of victory, etc.).
  2. Participants must answer all five questions to be eligible.
  3. Scoring:
    • 2 points for an exact answer (“Nailed It”).
    • 1 point for being the closest answer compared to other contestants.
    • Example: A question might be “What will be the longest punt in the Texas vs Texas A&M game?” If you guess 68 and the longest punt is exactly 68 yards, you (and anyone else who guessed 68) earn 2 points for that question. If you guessed 67 and nobody else was closer or exact, you earn 1 point. If you guessed 67 and another person guessed 69, you both earn 1 point since each of you was only one yard off.
  4. The contestant with the most total points from all five questions is declared the weekly winner and will advance to the Super Bowl Final Edition.
  5. Scores do not accumulate over the course of the season. Each week is a separate contest.

Determining Weekly Winners

  1. The contestant with the most points for that week will be declared the weekly winner and will advance to the Super Bowl Final Edition.
  2. In the event of a tie:
    • Each week there will be one designated tiebreaker question in addition to the five regular questions. This question will only be used if two or more players are tied after the regular five questions. Only the tied players’ answers to the tiebreaker will be compared, and the one whose answer is closest will win.

    • If those players are still tied, we will look only at their results from the five regular questions and count how many exact answers (“nailed its”) they had. The player with the most exact “Nailed It” answers (2-pointers) will win.

    • If the tie is still not broken, we will move in order through the five regular questions starting with Question 1, then Question 2, and so on, until one of the tied players answered a question correctly and the other did not.

The Super Bowl Super-Sized Finale

  1. All weekly winners advance to the Super Bowl edition finale, where 10 questions will be asked.
  2. Scoring in the finale:
    • Same rules as the weekly contests.
    • 2 points for an exact answer.
    • 1 point for being the closest guess compared to others.
    • If two players are equally close but not exact, both receive 1 point.
  3. If two or more players are tied after all 10 questions, we will break the tie using the same process for regular season weekly winners: first the bonus tiebreaker question, then the total number of “Nailed Its,” and finally a question-by-question comparison in order until the tie is resolved.
  4. Grand Prize:
    • Domestic roundtrip coach airfare for winner and one guest (within the contiguous 48 states) from your home city to Las Vegas.
    • Three-night hotel stay in one standard room at the MGM Grand, April 9–12, 2026.
    • One dinner provided.
    • All other expenses (meals, incidentals, local transport, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
  5. Once you win a week, you cannot participate again until the finale. Only one entry per person is allowed into the finale.
